What we collect

When you submit the assessment request form, we collect the business and contact information you provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, website, industry, revenue and payment ranges, employee, location and entity counts, number of banking or payment platforms, current IT provider, cyber-insurance status, your stated concerns, and your preferred contact method.

We never ask for and will never request passwords, banking login credentials, authenticator codes, security questions, or system credentials through this website. Do not send them to us.

How we use it

Submissions are used to evaluate whether your business fits the service, to determine the appropriate audit scope and price, and to contact you about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a private application database that is not readable by website visitors. A notification containing your submission may also be sent to our internal administrator email address. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing and responding to your request.

Retention and deletion

We retain submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your submission by contacting hello@merchantprotectionaudit.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
