Requests are not an agreement
Submitting the assessment request form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Any engagement begins only under a separate written agreement that defines scope, price, timing, and responsibilities.
Scope and pricing
Published prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Audit credits associated with multi-year protection agreements apply to eligible implementation services and are not cash-refundable.
Client responsibilities
Audit findings depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information, access, and documentation you provide. You remain responsible for deciding which corrective actions to implement and for the operation of your own systems and financial controls.
Service limitations
The Merchant Protection Audit is a risk-assessment and implementation-planning service. It does not guarantee that an attack will not occur, that funds will be recovered, or that an insurance claim will be paid. Insurance coverage depends on the applicable policy, representations, exclusions, conditions, and the facts of the claim. We do not provide legal advice, insurance coverage opinions, or a substitute for licensed insurance, legal, or professional cybersecurity advice.
Confidentiality
Information shared during an audit is treated as confidential and used only to perform the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.
